What do I get in ONE Who's Shoes ID™ kit?
You will receive two Who's Shoes ID™ bands, of the same color - either pink or blue- one Who's Shoes ID™ card, Osgood Owl safety tips, and complete instructions on how to use both the ID band and card.

What is Who's Shoes ID™ made out of?
Who's Shoes ID™ is manufactured from high-quality hook and loop material and a water-resistant label material. These materials were chosen for their durable qualities to withstand normal use.

How durable is Who's Shoes ID™ ?
The band is made of high-quality hook and loop material and the label of water-resistant material. Due to placement of the product on the shoe it is difficult to predict a life expectancy for the product as there are numerous variables - child's age, activity level, weather conditions etc.

Does Who's Shoes ID™ interfere with tying or fastening the shoes?
One of the wonderful features about Who's Shoes ID™ is that it stays on the shoes - you don't need to put it on the shoe each time you put on the shoes. The band is designed to fit around laces, straps, thumb pulls in such a way to stay on the shoes until you remove them and not to interfere with fastening the shoes each time the shoe is put on.
Laces: leave the top row of laces out of the Who's Shoes ID™ loop. This will allow you to tie and untie the laces easily. You may, however, use Who's Shoes ID™ as a means to help KEEP laces tied by looping them over the knot each time the shoe is tied.
Straps: (buckle or VELCRO ) Who's Shoes ID™ fits around the strap and can easily be slid up or down the strap to the desired location and will not interfere with closing the strap.

How many Who's Shoes ID™ do I need?
We suggest one Who's Shoes ID™ band for each pair of shoes (one for either the right or left shoe) You should get additional pairs of Who's Shoes ID™ for family vacations, or when children are in the care of other adults (grandparents, sitters, day care) and put the appropriate contact information on the ID band. Also when children are at summer camp, school field trips etc.

What colors do they come in?
Hot Pink with black embroidery
Royal Blue with black embroidery

Can I order one of each color in one Who's Shoes ID™ kit?
Each kit comes with two ID bands of the same color. Mixed color kits (one blue and one pink band) are not available.

Can I get them in retail stores?
Currently Who's Shoes are available in the Houston Museum of Natural Science gift shop and in Austin at Sandy's Shoes.  Keep checking our web site for updates on where to find Who's Shoes ID.

Can I get my organization's name embroidered on the band?
Organizations may custom embroider the bands with a minimum order of several hundred - contact us for specifics.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders for groups?
