remember personal details etc.
Fill in information on the card with a pencil so it can easily be updated.
Update the information every six months with new photos etc. Keep samples
of the child's hair and fingernails for DNA purposes in a clean, sealed
plastic bag and keep the bag and the card in a dry, safe place that you
can reach quickly and easily.
The card contains
space for all personal characteristic information: height, weight, hair
and eye color etc. It also contains areas for current pictures -one close
up of the face and another full body photo. Parental contact information
is also on the card.
